DLP 3 no events in DLP monitor

I’m running EPO 4.0.0 SP5 and DLP 3.0.0.711. SQL 2005 ePO database on another server.
I created working policies and deployed them to the client agents. The policies are active but any events are not reporting back in the DLP monitor even though the agent states the events have been uploaded to the ePO server. Any ideas, please?

For installations with the SQL server hosted on a server other than the ePO server you will need to change the "McAfee oPolicy Orchestrator 4.0.0 Event P****r" service on the ePo server to Log on as a domain account and not a Local System account.
