Is it possible to manage the multi-user access to single McAfee Customer's Cabinet, to make different (and registered at McAfee Portal) unique users to create and process all Customer service requests at a single place?
- Customer used the Responsible Person (RP) e-mail contact to purchase a set of McAfee products.
- Customer's RP got the Grant Number for Products bought, and able to use it in conjunction with RP's email to get access to McAfee Products.
- Customer's RP created the personal Cabinet at McAfee Portal, and got access to list of active Products, Create/Manage service requests (SR) and so on.
- Customer's RP demands to pass all engineering tasks (SR management, mostly) to enother accounts (also registered at McAfee), but sees no possibility to accomplish that via Cabinet functionality.
Is this possible at all? Could miltiple unique McAfee accounts (emails) be grouped to create/view/edit SRs in a common single container?
As the minimal solution, is it possible and allowed to replace the RP's cabinet e-mail with 'group account' email, which all engineering persons will use simultaneously?
