Need the alternative solution except disabling the Access Protection Feature. I have a problem this application ( Blocked by access protection rule. Access to object C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\TemporaryASP.NET Files\uniserverliveweb\0a21fa75\ffe2b58f\assembly\dl3\49024aee\003f238c_8b2ac801\AjaxControlToolkit.DLL was blocked by rule Antispyware Maximum Protection: Prevent all programs from running files from the Temp folder.. Also how to access protection rules when grayed out.

have you altered the rule at the epo server?
