amcfg.exe /update is used to run an update.

Thanks for posting in community.
If it might help for now, by using the daily DAT/AMCORE Content executable (link below). This is a full update package, but it can achieve what is intended, in that it can update systems that needed offline update.

This is the security updates page. It might prompt you to select agree/disagree when accessing. Look for the V3_<dat number>dat.exe package. This is a portable exe package that will perform a full DAT update, and the package is uploaded daily with the new DAT / AMCORE.

The fact is I do not use the exe file. For my purpose, I have to use the zip file with all signatures.
I already see I can change the source update on the Client Security Endpoint but I want to do it in command line to automate these operations .
Is it possible?
