how to update virus definitions

I have ENS installed, how to I update the virus definitions and make sure its the latest

If you installed ENS as standalone environment (Not managed by ePolicy Orchestator), please find "AMCore Content - Updating, downgrading, and reporting of AMCore content" in following article.
