Re: enabled ENS full disk scan task in ePo, but client side cannot see the full disk scan task

Hello,

if you havent done so yet, make sure you've checked the following:

- Very task schedule and configuration is to your preference
- Agent is communicating and ENS is working properly.
- Also check the McAfee Agent Status monitor log (msavc log) for validation of task received.

good luck!

Re: enabled ENS full disk scan task in ePo, but client side cannot see the full disk scan task

Hi @Former Member,

Thank you for contacting us. May I please request you to kind share the screenshot of the "Assigned client tasks" Page for the endpoint on ePO?

Can you also please help us with the details if this is the only task that is not reflecting. Also is the issue happening since the time of installation or has it come up after an upgrade? if it has come up after an upgrade, May I know from which version to which version the upgrade has been carried out?
