Windows Security Notification reports ENS disabled

Hello,

I'm getting more and more calls & tickets from users reporting that they get "Windows Security Notification" signaling that ENS is disabled and there is no AV or FW on the system.

However, when one checks in Windows Security Center, ENS 10.6.1 is installed and active.

I suspect this could happen during a transition state of ENS during an update or upgrade...

Can someone confirm this?
Am I "alone" in seeing this?
Can this be somehow "fixed"?

Thank you for your time and help

Serge

Hi Serge,
In the first instance, can you take a look at this KB91428 and check/confirm software version etc.

This kb may also be relevant. KB91830
