This only happens for Windows 10 desktops running McAfee agent 5.6.3.157 and ENS 10.7.0 after REBOOT. We are no seeing the same behavior with clients running Agent 5.5.1 and ENS 10.6.0
The resolution is to click "Load Updates" in Windows Security center under "Virus & Threat Protection"
