What account does ENS use to do ODS and OAS scanning?

Jump to solution

Hi,

I'm having issues with ENS not having proper access to certain folders for scanning "The object was not scanned because the scanner does not have enough rights to read it".

What account does ENS use on a workstation for it's scanning and I'm able to validate it has the proper access?

ENS uses SYSTEM privileges to perform it's scanning activities. You do however have the option within the ODS settings to use a different account for that specific task if required.
