I just uninstalled ENS 10.6.1 Platform, Threat Prevention and Advance Threat Protection from a server within a VM and lost network connectivity. I have uninstalled ENS from workstations many times without any issue but this is the first server as we plan on using it as a template to clone other servers.
Has anyone run into this issue? I cannot run a MER or gain access as it has not connectivity.
I have tried multiple processes. I removed ENS using a client task to uninstall ATP, TP, and then the platform and used ERP on a different machine that was cloned. What we found was, if I removed ATP and rebooted, the server functioned as expected. The same was true when Threat Prevention was uninstalled. Once the Platform was uninstalled and rebooted, the server lost communication. We were trying to remove all component so the server could be cloned.
This is the only server we have tried and am not sure the plan moving forward, different department. I did ask if we could run a MER but the issues with at was, no way to get the file off the VM.
