Unable to update ENS_Standalone

Hi,

I have installed ENS 10.7 on my Win10 Workstation. It is a standalone machine and will not be connected to any network. Now, I want to update the ENS. I tried using the V3 DAT available on Mcafee security update. When I executed the update, the progress on CLI interrupted with message "Extra.Dat not found". I tried finding the Extra.DAT but unable to do so till now.

Can you please help me finding the Extra. DAT file and is there anything else I am missing to update the ENS offline.

An EXTRA.DAT is not required for Standalone AmCore updates.

Incase you're facing issues with V3 DAT, please share the screenshot reference if possible.

Thanks for the screenshot. I believe its just a self-check if EXTRA.DAT is available.

It should have updated the AmCore version.

Follow the steps below.

1. Click on Start and Launch McAfee Endpoint Security.

2. Click on the Down Arrow Next to Update Now and choose About.

3. Scroll down to   and check AmCore Content Version.

If it has updated you should the AmCore version else it would show as 0.5.

Thanks. This information is available once I opened the ENS and right click on drop down menu and select About option. It shows the V3 dat version correctly.

I was initially looking from About option from outside which was not showing this information.
