To verify the connectivity between the ePO and the client machine , lets perform a small change .
Assign a McAfee default policy to any one of the machine and check locally on the ENS console whether the default policy configuration is reflecting or not .
Where do you see this message "Cannot communicate with device" . check the latest communication date and time on the ePO .
if there are multiple machines with same issue , capture the MER from couple of server and raise a Service request with McAfee technical support .
