Unable to scan my machine

Hello Team, I updated my McAfee client to 5.6.6 today and updated the policies and groups. After rebooting my machine I went to run a scan and received an error: "Cannot communicate with device". I have checked in the console that it is connected. I have used the option wake up agents to forcefully push the policies as well, yet no change. I also observed that after I connected to VPN the IP shown in the console did not update. I have some screenshots to help explain the situation better.

Hello @User55705546 ,

To verify the connectivity between the ePO and the client machine , lets perform a small change .

Assign a McAfee default policy to any one of the machine and check locally on the ENS console whether the default policy configuration is reflecting or not .

Where do you see this message "Cannot communicate with device" . check the latest communication date and time on the ePO .

if there are multiple machines with same issue , capture the MER from couple of server and raise a Service request with McAfee technical support .
