This could be because of missing root certificates.
I would recommend updating the root certificates as mentioned in the below article :

Once updated, you can reboot the machine and check to check if the issue still persists.
This issue would occur if you have another AV program running on the machine . Hence, you would need to uninstall the other AV and reboot the machine to check if the issue still persists.
If the issue still persists, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling ENS on the machine. But, if the issue is wide spread and it doesn't resolve with the above recommendations, kindly open a ticket to McAfee Technical Support to take the troubleshooting further.
