Tablet is not recognizing the keyboard when booting up to McAfee Endpoint Encryption 7.1.0.389.

We have a Dell Latitude 10 tablet with McAfee Endpoint Encryption 7.1.0.389 (Safeboot) installed on the device.   Part of the problem with Safeboot is the lack of keyboard at startup on the tablet, so there’s no way to type in a password as the OS hasn’t loaded yet for the onscreen keyboard. The only work around we have is to attach an USB keyboard connected tothe tablet for the password for Safeboot. Can someone let me know if McAfee Endpoint Encryption 7.1.0.389 is the latest software for the tablet? Do we have a solution for the keyboard issue?  Users that are traveling with their tablets would have to carry a USB keyboard with them for the keyboard issue.  Tablets are Bluetooth keyboards and not attach to the tablets.

Thank you

We had the same issue as well.  Opened a ticket with support and got a reply back that for tablets, it's a crapshoot.  We have Dell Venues with that same issue and we know that it doesn't work on Surfaces (https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB79624).  The only tablets that we were able to get the OSK and odd screen sizing issue resolved were the Samsung Slate 7 tablets.  Everything else is not working properly.  The PBA is resized to a much smaller dimensions instead of filling the screen space or the OSK doesn't function.
