Split On Demand filescan job on fileserver

Hi. My client have a fileserver that starting to take a long time scanning. There is a schedule job to run once a week on all volumes, it takes 21h to complete. Is it possible to split the job to two schedules that have different volumes to scan? One job, say sunday, with some disks, and saturday the rest of disks? TIA, John

Thank you for your post. yes, it is certainly possible. It is important to time your scan jobs well apart such that they do not overlap each other. You can choose the targets (by Volumes is the easiest) and schedule them accordingly.

Ok, I didn't find an option to choose 'Volumes' as targets?

I did two jobs and choosed target with 'Files and folders' instead, C:\ D:\ ...

I havn't tested this solution yet. But it should work I guess?

Yes you are right! It should work for files and folders as well.
