Thanks for posting your question in the community forum, Did you test disabling the AMSI does the Zoom session loads and works fine ?
How about disabling the other modules like OAS, Access protection , Exploit prevention? By keeping the AMSI scanning ON Please disable one feature at a time and enable other features and see if AMSI is alone causing this issue. I checked internally there are no issues reported by any other users AMSI causing the slowness.
Kindly test and let we know the status.
