Hello @Former Member

Thanks for your post.

If the installation is getting failed please check below Log location:

Manual :- %temp%>McAfee Logs and there should be ENS installation log created.

From ePO:Windows>temp>McAfee Logs

Re: SetupEP install from command line

When i execute this command:

"setupEP.exe /passive ADDLOCAL="fw,tp,atp,wc"

The log displays:

  • [...]
  • Commandline: /passive ADDLOCAL=fw,tp,atp,wc
  • Incorrect string
  • Module Selection Invalid
  • Invalid Command line Input

Re: SetupEP install from command line

Hello @Former Member

As the logs suggest that string is incorrect and module selection is invalid.

Please try to install again an this time start selecting with tp

If still no luck please open a service request with the support team.

Re: SetupEP install from command line

Is this 10.7 May version?

Have you tried it without the atp option?

Re: SetupEP install from command line

I try only with "tp" and problem is the same.

I try the same example mentionned on the documentation: https://docs.mcafee.com/bundle/endpoint-security-10.6.0-installation-guide-unmanaged-windows/page/GU...

And it still not working.

I confirm it is the 10.7 May version.

How can i open a service request with the support team?
