Server Anti-malware Solutions VirusScan verses ENS ATP

Having performance problems with physical (SO MOVE is not applicable) file servers (which use Dell Copellant Storage arrays. It appears that ENS ATP was the issue. My question is should I be using  ENS or VirusScan to cover them?

Re: Server Anti-malware Solutions VirusScan verses ENS ATP

Thank you for reaching out to McAfee support community.

ENS being used for Dell Storage devices have to be installed using the CAVA switch as per KB:

ATP module breaks this connection and should not be used when setting up CAVA.

Regarding your question about VirusScan for Storage you would have to check if the platform supports first:

ENS ATP has not been installed with CAVA. I don't believe out Copellants have it.
