Unfortunately the ENS scanner will not scan within the PST.
Even if there is a pst file that has received an email containing malware(or eicar test file), it will not be detected because the pst file itself is not infected.
are you certain that an attachment in the pst file that contains a malicious powershell script will not be found?

As we can see on the article pointed out, it refers to the email scan tool within VirusScan Enterprise, it will scan within Outlook the messages and not the pst file directly.
As previously answered the attachments on an offline pst file can't be scanned without the assistance of the Microsoft Outlook email scan tool referred in the article for VirusScan Enterprise.
