Restart the computer to complete the updation of Host Intrusion Prevention

Hi,

      I am Getting "Restart Required.   Restart the computer to complete the updation of Host Intrusion Prevention" But Even After restating it POP ups again.  I reinstalled the Frame Package also. Kindly Help on this please.

Some HIPS content updates required a reboot. So it may be updating few contents so it is asking reboot options.
