Re: Computer running slow

Machine is on ssd or hdd, ePo controlled or stand alone ENS?

What options in policy's have been set for scan on-access/on-demand on boot?

What option is set on ENS on-access for system utilization (system cache is on/off)?

Any other products have been installed except ENS (FRP etc.)?

Re: Computer running slow

an one more question, 10.5.0 or the latest one 10.5.3 / 10.5.4 since a few days ?

Between 10.5.0 and 10.5.3 there is a great difference in performance based on the module and policies used

Re: Computer running slow

What is the hardware model of the system on wihch 10.5 ENS is working on ?

Sometimes it could be the hardware in itself since they do not process things faster as expected.

Please note that the lifetime of a healthy laptop or machine is now adays between 1-3 years and ENS is a new beast with state of the art features requiring engaging tactics at system-level.

We had similar experience and once we upgraded the systems , all of this simply vanished.

Again, please do review your issues from hardware perspective. Test on different hardware platforms with same packaging details and validate my notes.
