On Demand scan never happened with ENS 10.6.2 on Linux Servers

Good day everyone.

We have a bunch of linux servers where ENSL 10.6.9 installed. We can see that the On demand scan kick starts and an event generated in the Logs with code 1202 but there is no event for On-Demand Scan ended. Means the On demand scan never happens properly. Attached screenshot for reference. 

I did upgraded couple of machines to 10.7.2.139 and now i see it works as expected. Could some one please help me in understanding what is this issue about? Was there any known bug with 10.6.9 version?

We haven't come across any known issues with the ENSLTP 10.6.9. Could you please check if the OS version that you are using is compatible with the 10.6.9?

If yes, please check the below paths and confirm if the ODS report logs are generated on the machines with the 10.6.9.

/var/McAfee/ens/log/tp/odsreport/

Additionally, to get more information on the ODS exit we would need a debug-enabled MER log from a couple of machines to check for any possible process crash.

I am trying out an ODS on my test machine with the 10.6.9 and I will get back with my result shortly.

Hi @Sabarikumar,

I do not see any issues with the 1203 events being generated with the ENSLTP version 10.6.9. I have attached the screenshots from the ePo for your reference.

To check this further, a debug enabled MER logs should help.
