McAfee Status: Issue Detected
McAfee Endpoint Security - Issue: On-Access Scan is not responding . Issue: ScriptScan is disabled
This is happening to all my endpoints - I had not made any changes.
I don't know how to fix this.

Possible reasons for this issue :
1. Missing root certificates.
2. Untrusted DLL injection. (This could again circle back to missing root certificate issue)
3. Release version mismatch between modules.
Hence, i would first recommend checking if all modules syncup with same release date.

If Threat prevention and Platform version sync with same release date and if the issue still persists , i would recommend you update root certificates as per the below article :

In case if the issue still persists even after root certificate update, you can use Mfesysprep tool to check for untrusted DLL injection.

In case if MFESysPrep.log reports "unable to grant trust " to any DLL file, you can wither remove that DLL or uninstall the application associated with that DLL or contact McAfee Technical Support for further assistance.
