Old company laptop error 0xe0010005 Token is Invalidated + no ePO

I am now unable to log in my computer through Endpoint Security (v5.1) after an unattended child entered the wrong password too many times. and now have an invalid token
there is no ePO , and self recovery did not work.

I tried reaching out to the IT department from the company that provided the laptop, but it seems the company is no longer active in my country.
How do I access my files at least? (Knowing that I have the password)
I am fine with losing programs and settings.

Re: Old company laptop error 0xe0010005 Token is Invalidated + no ePO

Thank you for reaching out to McAfee Community.

0xe0010005 usually seen if Encryption fails due to password failure or any Network failure.

Endpoint Security does not allow this to happen or associate any issues with token being invalidated.

If you have used Endpoint Encryption in the past, may be wrong password attempts multiple times may also trigger this.

Hence I suggest you reach out to our Encryption team stated below for further advise.
