Need more details on blocked download

Im trying to download our VPN client from our VPN device, but McAfee post the following error message:
2019_08_14_14_28_40_Trutegra_SSL_VPN_Portal.png

I dont know if this is Endpoint Security blocking the download, Web Control, Threat Preventions, etc..

Where do I go to try and setup an exclusion for this file for my users to download?

First of all, apologies for the delayed response. I hope you have got your answer. If not, I hope this helps! This pop up is given by McAfee endpoint Security Web Control. The events can be verified from the Endpoint Security client UI.

Hence, I would recommend adding exclusions under Endpoint Security Web Control policy to allow this download.
