Mouse without borders does not work after migration

Hi everyone,

After migrating from HIPS to ENS Firewall the firewall rule "mouse without borders" won't work(being blocked) although it has been copied correctly. If the user disables the ENS Firewall locally the mouse without borders is working normally.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Hi @Herkules

I'm assuming this rule is user defined as it is not part of our default policy set. To answer why it now doesn't work in ENS we would need to see how you had that rule defined in HIPS, what the settings look like now in ENS and what exactly is being blocked. This might not be information you want to share on an open community forum so you may want to open a service request with us for this review!

It might be worth noting that certain settings have been moved within the ENS suite to different policies and therefore might need tweaking / applying so that they work on your ENS systems.

Page 8 gives you a brief overview of where the policies are migrated to - page 30-32 give you this in more detail.
