McAfee to block all the incoming traffic from a local (computer) interface

Do you know if it would be possible on McAfee to block all the incoming traffic from a local (computer) interface ?

We would like to block the traffic coming from the default HyperV switch.

If this is possible, can this be done based on an AD security group ? Or do we have to give you the hostnames one by one ?

Regards,

Anshu Lal
