Which version of ENS do you have installed? I would advise - due to known issues with the integration into WSC - to ensure your systems are running ENS 10.6.1/ 10.5.5 December Update - if the issue persists, we would need to investigate this. This would require actually checking the integration status and health of ENS on at least one of those machines which are incorrectly reporting.
we have mixed updates but all are 10.5.5 and 10.6.1.
