support is requested please to make a complete analysis with the mcafee endpoint security. I can't do it because when I click on the analysis button it shows an error message. "cannot communicate with the analysis service". I have repaired and reinstalled the endpoint security but it has not worked, the same message still appears. I remain attentive to comments. Thank you.
