Does the Profiler tool still exist? It used to show you the files being scanned by VSE, is there a version that now works with ENS? Have a server running very slowly and want to see what is being scanned so that we can tailor the exclusions correctly.

Yes, it still exists and was recently updated in April 2020. You need a log on to the service portal to get the standalone version. The have attached the ePO deployable version to the kb below.
