Hi all. Im rolling out Windows features for 1709 machines to 1903 updates via SCCM and I've been following some very useful blogs by ASquareDozen where I'm using various CI/CB's in order to remediate some common errors. One error Im really struggling with is an incompatibility error where McAfee Endpoint Threat Prevention needs to be updated. If I manually intervene I would open McAfee agent and then click update security and this would update the definitions. The command line is supposed to be: C:\Program Files\McAfee\Agent\cmdagent.exe /c /p This doesnt do anything, other than obtaining policies, but does not do the full update including definitions SHAREitthat manually updating the agent would do. Ive tried C:\Program Files\McAfee\Endpoint Security\Threat Prevention amcfg.exe /update to try update the threat prevention, this also does nothing. Has anyone any idea how else I can update this, as its driving me mad and I can't manually go onto all machine. i want to add a working command line into the preinstall.bat file so I can makAppvne sure that this is up to date before the features update runs. Any help appreciated , thanks!
