McAfee ENS virus definition update file not running V3_xxxxdat

I recently installed McAfee Endpoint Security 10.7 on a stand alone computer with not internet access. I am trying to update it with the latest virus definition V3-xxxxdat. I right click on the file and select "Run as administrator", I get the the User Account Control Window and select Yes. For a split of second i get a windows on the screen and then disappeared.  The V3_xxxxdat does not run at all or at least it tries to start and then it stops. Am i missing anything in the updating process? Can someone help me please ?

I am doing the installation on windows 10. 

Also, In some computer when i try to install McAfee ENS, nothing happens. Just the User Account Control Screen , click yes and nothing else happen. What are the dependencies for McAfee ?  

 

I could not really find information how to do offline update AMCore on a standalone computer. I did a search and could not find much information either. Please guide me thru this process.

Based on the provided details, it looks like the AMCORE update is not happening correctly. 

If you have Internet connectivity, you can click on Update now on the console. 

If this is DMZ environment, kindly follow the KB below.

If still issues, you can reach out to us and open an SR and provide us with MER and we can check and get back to you accordingly.

hi,

check that you have the correct certificates installed. 

When the certs are out of date it will do as you said - try to run an abort without any feedback.
