.JS files being flagged as unwanted programs

I am having issues with end-users who are receiving .zip files from our clients and then when they unzip the files Threat Prevention will then flag the .JS files as a threat and delete them upon the unzip of the file. I have attempted to whitelist .JS files but I have had no luck and they continue to get flagged and deleted.

Re: .JS files being flagged as unwanted programs

@User81800670 I would recommend that you submit samples to McAfee, since it requires logs and also needs a better suggestion rather than discussing in forum.
