Re: How to remove segurazo using task from ePO

Hello ,

This is a PUP  and  you need to find a way to uninstall the program from the local machine , The uninstall cannot be performed from McAfee ePO .
If the ePO event says the file deletion failed , then we need to check if you are able to delete the file from client machine
IF the manual uninstall is being interrupted ,  try disabling the service and then try to uninstall from Add/Remove programs.

Thank you

Hi Ryadav,

i have this problem too, and im using mcafee ENSTP , why we have to delete "manually"? and why mcafee cant clean or delete it? i search on the forum about other PUP and some suggest using malwarebytes, we have tight security protocol at the moment because of covid so uninstall manual a little bit problem,
