It is very difficult to say much, as anything would just be a guess.  Your best bet is to open a support ticket and maybe do a procmon capture at startup, which would allow for review of what is being so heavily scanned.  You might evaluate what all you have loading at startup and see if there are opportunities to exclude some things, either by path or via low risk processes.
