Tech 14441 - spoke to Jack Perkins 401-732-6870 / having problems with installing McAfee on different pc / customer must 1st remove all prior anit virus programs and then install McAfee. customer says that they are trying to generate new activation email getting error that the email is not on file but when I looked up the email it is on file and when I tred to send an activation email I was getting the same error. HD0000026080076
