One of the user reported their big data tool file upload interrupt , when the file size is

Kindly please help me with these details as requested below:
What component is causing it? (You may have to try disabling the components on a "test" machine to see what is causing it)
Determine which, if any, component of ENS is causing the issue by disabling components one at a time and testing whether the issue is resolved.
Disable On-Access Scan. Is the issue resolved?
Stop the McAfee scanner service processMcShield. Is the issue resolved?
Uninstall ENS Threat Prevention. Is the issue resolved?
Is there any Third party application involved for performing the upload?
