One of the user reported their big data tool file upload interrupt , when the file size is More than 10MB, We need to know the root cause of this issue , Out Available to to contact ( 2:00PM) Singapore Time

Thank you for reaching out to us here. I am afraid we would need more information in order to  help us understand the issue better.

Kindly please help me with these details as requested below:

OS version:

ENS version:

What component is causing it? (You may have to try disabling the components on a "test" machine to see what is causing it)

Determine which, if any, component of ENS is causing the issue by disabling components one at a time and testing whether the issue is resolved.

  1. Disable On-Access Scan. Is the issue resolved?
  2. Stop the McAfee scanner service process McShield. Is the issue resolved?
  3. Uninstall ENS Threat Prevention. Is the issue resolved?

Is there any Third party application involved for performing the upload?

Alternatively, Since you have mentioned Time of contact, I presume you are looking for a remote session based support? If that is the case, I would recommend creating a Service Request with us and one of our Engineers will be happy to assist you further on the same.
