Are you asking locally or via ePO?
ePO: Navigate to the ENS policies. You want to be looking at the On Access Scan policy. Here you can add exclusions. You can also define low and high risk processes which you may need to configure.
ENS console locally: Open the Console > Settings > Threat Prevention > Enable Advanced > On Access Scan
You can use wildcards to define exclusions: https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB54812
And here are some more info on the low/ high risk process definitions: https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB55139
Download the new ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) Support Center Extension which simplifies ePO management and provides support resources directly in the console. Learn more about ePO Support Center
