Error occurred while getting point product callback component interface

Error in updating AMCore Content Version in one of our endpoint. Version stays at 0.5 at after clicking update now or through ePO client task update, I am getting the "Error occurred while getting point product callback component interface". Feedback is highly appreciated. Thank You.

Hi @AdithyanT,

Workaround was after manually updating using V3_XXXXdat.exe, version was auto-updating now.

Hi @User58617863 

Thank you for your post. Looks like one or more of the ENS components may have not installed properly. Can you kindly verify id the product is showing any error when you open the client UI?

If you have just deployed the product, I would recommend doing a reboot before updating it.
