Hi,
After support by McAfee, I removed the servers from epo. Uninstalled the McAfee. Also applied root certificates. And then installed again. Worked.

1. Is the installation done manually or remotely via ePO?
2. Is McAfee Agent installed on the systems?

Thanks for your response. If the installation is deployed using ePO, then logs should be in - C:\Windows\Temp\McAfeeLogs
When a deployment is scheduled for an endpoint, the following takes place.
1. McAfee Agent receives the task and starts downloading the product.
2. After the download is complete, installation begins.
Since there are no installation logs, I presume the installation didn't start.
Please open McAfee Agent Status Monitor from windows tray and post any errors that you may find.

There is no errors. Can't find any entry that shows that it tries to install.

Perhaps endpoint has not received the deployment task.
Please retry by assigning a new task and check for the progress in McAfee Agent Status Monitor.
