Endpoint security blocking access to website for phishing

Jump to solution

How do I stop ENS from blocking access to my website?  I realize I can turn it off for myself, but the website is safe and not a phishing website as claimed by McAfee.  I want others to be able to access my site.  This just recently happened and I have no idea why.  By the way, the website is simply my Synology Diskstation NAS.

Hello @toddinpal

Please refer to this KB for full info about:

Other than dispute resolution process, there you may also find link to:

I hope this helps.

Hello,

Is the URL the internal host name of the disk station or an external accessible URL?

For internal names which are unknown to global databases I suggest adding it to a internal allow list:

The URL was an external DNS name from duckdns.org.
