If you are not able to resolve your issue by following steps mentioned in above kBA, Kindly Collect the appropriate data as below to open service request for further investigation. 1.Process Monitor capture 2.AMTrace with the now option 3.Minimum Escalation Requirements (MER) file (ran as Administrator) 4.Copy of the assigned Endpoint Security Common Options Policy
