Endpoint Security Failure

One of my folks is having a weird issue with Endpoint. Here are the logs he pulled.  I asked him to restart and this is the error he received: "Unable to find a valid repository. Update process failed"

Any idea what to do with this?

"Unable to find a valid repository. Update process failed" is the issue with McAfee Agent. Can you kindly let us know if managed via ePO or ePO-cloud?

The other errors looks to me like issues with any presence of other version of McAfee or any other antivirus. You have to uninstall them and restart the services of McAfee and this should fix.

Can we have the version details of ENS? Also Do you have a copy of Sysprep tool? 

If not then open the ENS Platform Installer package and inside that you will see MfeSysprep.exe file. 

Run that tool as admin on the machine where you are seeing the problem. Share the Mfesysprep log from %temp% location.

Also, you must be seeing the issue under " View Security Status" option? If so then, when the Security Status shows that one or the other component not running, open the ENS console and confirm if there is any error in the ENS console. One screenshot will be helpful to understand the situation better.
