Endpoint Security Adaptive Threat Protection High CPU
High CPU on the Adaptive Threat Protection when the user logs onto VDI systems. It last for up to 3 hours. The CPU was around 90+%. It then dropped down to around 50% after about 3 hours. Now CPU dropped to 16% after user logged off.
Today there are 4 systems which we know of today and 7 yesterday.
Looked at KB92399. We have Enable Enhanced Script Scanning (includes AMSI) enabled on 85,000+ systems and there are 7,100+ VDI systems.
The solution said the issue is resolved in Real Protect Engine version 184.108.40.20696. How do I verify the version of real protect engine?
