Endpoint Security Adaptive Threat Protection High CPU

High CPU on the Adaptive Threat Protection when the user logs onto VDI systems. It last for up to 3 hours. The CPU was around 90+%. It then dropped down to around 50% after about 3 hours. Now CPU dropped to 16% after user logged off. Today there are 4 systems which we know of today and 7 yesterday. Looked at KB92399. We have Enable Enhanced Script Scanning (includes AMSI) enabled on 85,000+ systems and there are 7,100+ VDI systems. The solution said the issue is resolved in Real Protect Engine version How do I verify the version of real protect engine?

To verify the Real Protect Engine Version, please follow the steps below.

1) Login to ePO & switch to System Tree

2) Click on any system name that has issues

3) Click Products  and select Endpoint Security Adaptive Threat Protection

4) Scroll down to find Real Protect engine version

If the engine version is current i.e. 1.1.11001.7898 then log a ticket with McAfee Support for further investigation.
