Hi,
I know that in version 10.5.2 you could enable a "Quick Settings" menu from mctray icon where a user/tester could "Disable Endpoint Security Scanners" Has this been removed as a feature with ENS 10.7? This is on a secure network that can't use epo. Reason is when we run "redis" to connect to another computer, the redis program doesn't work.
Thank you in advance for any help on this issue.
Regards,
Robert Young

Hi @robby24 ,
Good day to you!
The option that you have mentioned is available for machines which are managed via ePo.
Unfortunately, it isn't available for standalone verse of ENS.
>> Reason is when we run "redis" to connect to another computer, the redis program doesn't work.
Did you try adding the executable which is responsible for establishing the connection under the low risk process?
If not, we recommend you to collect the vendor suggested AV exclusions and add them under the exclusions list to check if it helps.
Thanks,
AJ
Hello ,
ENS 10.7 does not have that option in Quick settings . You will have to open the properties of the ENS Threat prevention and could use enable/disable option .
Hope this helps.
Thank you ,
