Hi @User97718302,
Thank you for your post. The Bootstrapper is where you start looking for errors, so this is good job from your end.
Please notice the below lines:
[BootstrapperMain] RunCommandLine: Process return code : 4294967295 02/12/2019 14:11:02.932 [8600] [BootstrapperMain] VSCore Installation Return value : 4294967295 02/12/2019 14:11:02.932 [8600] [BootstrapperMain] VSCore Error 0x20003041 Message: Error while stopping McAfee service. 02/12/2019 14:11:02.932 [8600] [BootstrapperMain] VSCore Installation failed!!
Here we can see that VSCore Installation has failed. hence the specific reason for failure would be in the install log created for this component.
May I know what version of ENS you are trying to install? Also Operating System and build?
Can you look for presence of McAfee_Common_VSCore_Install_All_xxxx under C:\Windows\Temp\McAfeeLogs? That should have the failure reason.
The VScore install log seems to point to some certificate not being there? Does that make any sense?
Thanks
Rob
