In system tree, after I select a workstation node, I click on threat prevention for details, all I see is 'Product properties for Endpoint Security Threat Prevention' and two lines 'Plug-in version' and 'prodprops.szInstallDir' under 'About', the rest is missing. This is after a new install of ENS.

First, check whether the ENS installation on the client machine was successful or not, then upgrade the Mcafee agent and ENS extensions if required to the version (equal to or greater than )of McAfee agent and ENS version on the client machine.
and then give a wake-up agent call and then check the details.
