ENS installation is getting failed

On the server SGSCAIW0451, ENS(both 10.6 and 10.7) installation is getting failed. we are getting an error IDS_SUITE_INTERRUPTED error. we have suggested user to install root certificates from KB https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB91697, after installing root certificate and rebooting the server, issue is not yet resolved. Kindly help us to resolve the issue.

Thanks for your post.

I would like to request you to please open a Service Request with Support Team because this required Log Analysis.

If you are pushing it from ePO in that case logs would be available at Windows\Tem and standalone installation would in %temp%

Also you can refer the McAfee Agent logs if the machine is manage under ProgramData\McAfee\Agent\Logs and try to check masvc and mcscript.log
